Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Insprago, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients’ social media presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with clients’ goals and brand identity
• Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Coordinate with Designer and Video Editors to create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
• Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring optimal timing and reach.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
• Track and analyze social media metrics, using insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Work closely with the Insprago Team and with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

• Content creation with Creative Team Get visually appealing and engaging content done by creative team including images, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
• Community management: Building and engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships.
• Paid advertising: Developing and executing paid social media campaigns, targeting specific audiences and optimizing for results.
• Analytics and reporting: Tracking and analyzing key metrics, generating reports, and using insights to improve performance.
• Social media listening: Monitoring online conversations and brand mentions, identifying opportunities and potential crises.
• Influencer marketing Coordination: Ability to collaborate and reach new audiences and promote products or services using influencres of each clients.
• Social media tools: Proficiency in using various social media management and scheduling tools.
