We are a fast-growing, multicultural team with operations across the European Union and the United Kingdom. As we expand our plants and trees business into the Middle East, India, and Southern Asia, we are seeking an experienced Export Manager to support this exciting growth.

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to be based in the UAE, willing to travel up to 50% of the time. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong networks, capitalizing on sales opportunities, and establishing our presence in the industry.

Responsabilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Travel to meet potential clients and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Identify and pursue new target accounts to generate incremental sales opportunities.
• Oversee sales processes and coordinate shipping operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends in the territory.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a successful sales professional, preferably in exports or international trade.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the defined territory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in plant exports, logistics, or related industries.
