Are you a driven export manager with experience in the Eastern European market? Do you speak fluent English and have a passion for international trade? Then we are looking for you!
As Export Manager for Eastern Europe, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our activities in this dynamic region. You will explore new markets, strengthen existing customer relationships, and ensure revenue growth. It is a challenging role where you will closely collaborate with internal departments as well as external partners such as distributors and logistics providers.
Your responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing an export strategy for Eastern Europe.
• Actively seeking new business opportunities and partners in the region.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and expanding the customer base.
• Negotiating contracts and terms, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties.
• Analyzing market developments, competition, and customer needs to respond quickly to changes.
• Traveling regularly within Eastern Europe to visit customers and conduct market research.
What you bring:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in export or international sales, preferably in Eastern Europe.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages such as Russian, Polish, or another Eastern European language is a strong plus.
• Strong commercial skills and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with international logistics and customs procedures is a plus.
