Who We Are:
We are a rapidly growing, internationally-focused company with a strong presence in the transformer manufacturing industry. Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has propelled us to export to over 60 countries. To continue this momentum, we are seeking a highly skilled Export Sales Executive who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage export sales activities, ensuring sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, enhancing our global presence and network.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of customer accounts and ensure seamless project follow-ups.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet export targets and address customer needs.
• Work on a sales bonus system designed for acquiring and retaining new clients.
What We Are Looking For:
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
• A presentable and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer relations.
• Proven experience in export sales (minimum 3 years) and key customer account management.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and proficiency in basic mathematics for data-driven decision-making.
• No travel restrictions, with the ability to handle frequent international travel.
• Open-minded and adaptable to different cultures and team dynamics.
Preference for candidates with:
• Dual citizenship, EU residency, or a valid Schengen visa (valid for over 1 year).
• Green passport holders.
• Residency in Adana is not mandatory, but candidates should be available to travel to Adana at least once a month.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing customer and project follow-ups.
