F&B DIGITAL LEARNING & ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Are you passionate about driving our learning transformation through digital acceleration and innovative content creation? We are on the lookout for a dynamic F&B Digital Learning & Engagement Specialist to play a pivotal role in training for the Scandinavian Region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with retailers and Boutique Managers to deliver a comprehensive training path, elevate the Beauty Advisor experience, and foster high levels of engagement.
As a part of the Scandinavian learning team, the F&B Digital Learning & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for the Digital training platforms used by field teams to the benefit of boutique and wholesale business. You will manage and monitor the quality and impact of all training, online and offline via follow-up, partnering with the Retail Managers, Boutique Managers and Retailers. The F&B Digital Learning & Engagement specialist will provide on-going feedback to the Wholesale Managers, Retail Managers and Boutique Managers on the performance/progress of individual team members, stores and Beaty Advisors on a regular basis and ensure that this population have full visibility on training activities (progress, required actions, concerns etc.) making recommendations as needed.
The position is a full-time role in an inspiring environment and development in a Company with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based in Copenhagen and reports to the Learning & Development Manager of Scandinavia.

Create, Select & Enrich Content for our Digital Platforms
Facilitate in-store activities, through active sessions where you will inspire and emerge Beauty Advisors into the Luxury world of CHANEL.
Drive key training initiatives through active and sustained online programs.
Contributing to the culture of always-on Beauty Advisor focus.
Actively facilitate product training, including new launches online and offline.
Create and co-create new content related to training needs, with focus on digitalization and edutainment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Learning experience skills
Developing digital learning assets.
Understanding the learning stakes in a constantly evolving context.
Digital skills
Being an expert in the digital environment.
Mastering digital tools, including photo and video editing.
Mastering Microsoft Windows applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
Communication skills
Excellent and agile communication skills.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Community animation.
Must have a “can-do” attitude.
Fluent in English as well as at least one Scandinavian language.
