Location: Remote Job Position: You can work from home or where you want. As long as you’re working within the hours we need you and the odd weekend here and there if needed location isn’t too important.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facebook/Instagram Ads Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will learn how to manage and set up efficient Facebook advertisements tailored to our niche target audience. You will be responsible for maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), writing compelling ad copies, and collaborating with our tech team and funnel builders. Additionally, you will communicate with clients for ad copy and landing page approvals and potentially assist in building funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the setup and management of efficient Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs to ensure the success of advertising campaigns.
• Write engaging and persuasive ad copies that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the tech team and funnel builders to optimize ad performance and user experience.
• Communicate with clients to get approvals for ad copies and landing pages.
• Potentially assist in building and optimizing sales funnels to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
• Possibly talk with clients and provide feedback on ads, advice or other roles. B2C interaction may be required. Someone that is confident in speaking to people is valued.
• Create engaging content and posts for clients if needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising is valued but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training.
• Strong written communication skills, especially in creating ad copies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining and improving KPIs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Availability to work full-time from 9 AM to 6 PM German Time, Monday to Friday.
• Graphic design ability and experience with creating Instagram posts.
