Our client is seeking skilled and dynamic facilitators to join their technology practice supporting global training and development . This role involves delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring participant engagement, and providing support throughout the training programs.

Facilitators will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment and contributing to the continuous improvement of our client’s training initiatives. This position is for one of their prestigious clients, offering an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

  • Focus on delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring participant engagement and adaptability.
  • Encourage participation and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing.
  • Ensure training materials and tools are fully functional and ready for each session.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist with the coordination of events, managing logistics, and ensuring all training materials are prepared.
  • Ensure all virtual training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom) are functional and ready, with backup plans in place for technical issues.
  • Handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination for training sessions.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to tailor training sessions to meet specific organizational needs.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide feedback for program iterations and contribute thought leadership for program enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to regularly update training content based on feedback and new developments.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous feedback loop to refine and enhance training programs.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in training and development.

On-Demand Support:

  • Remain on call throughout training programs to assist as needed, ensuring seamless transitions and support during sessions.
  • Provide technical support to other facilitators during training sessions to ensure smooth and timely kickoffs.
  • Monitor and evaluate facilitator performance, providing coaching and development as needed.
  • Create troubleshooting guides and FAQs for common technical issues during training.
  • Develop and implement support processes for unexpected challenges during sessions.

Participant Engagement:

  • Conduct follow-up sessions, Q&A, and coaching to remain engaged with teams between training sessions.
  • Send follow-up training materials to participants and ensure compliance with all workplace standards and cultural nuances.
  • Maintain professional presentation standards, including proper lighting and backgrounds for virtual sessions.
  • Implement interactive elements such as polls and breakout rooms to increase engagement.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your iTD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal iTD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required qualifications and skills

  • 3 years of experience in training and facilitation, focusing on corporate environments.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and ensure compliance with regional standards.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles.

Preferred qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in training or facilitation (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
  • Experience in a tech or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the region.
  • Experience in content creation for e-learning platforms.
