Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fan Marketing Manager to lead our initiatives in fan engagement and ticket sales for both The Basketball Tournament (TBT) and The Soccer Tournament (TST). This fully remote position is ideal for an innovative marketer who excels at developing partnerships, creating impactful campaigns, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance fan connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting ticket sales and fan participation for TBT and TST.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing materials that resonate with fans and fulfill ticketing objectives.
  • Analyze data-driven insights to refine messaging and optimize marketing channels for improved reach and return on investment.
  • Oversee marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation with strong outcomes.
  • Construct and maintain a robust marketing calendar to synchronize campaigns with critical events.
  • Investigate and implement creative approaches to engage fans and broaden audience reach.
  • Design and manage email campaigns to foster fan relationships and promote ticket sales.
  • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships to attract new audiences and elevate ticketing success.
