Are you a skilled wordsmith with an eye for detail and a passion for the fashion and home goods industries? We are seeking a dedicated Content Editor who excels at refining written content to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage our interior design and fashion accounts, working closely with a talented group of Content Editors, Creative Directors, and Copywriters. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all content reflects clarity and accuracy, delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine content for grammatical accuracy, spelling, punctuation, clarity, consistency, style, and overall quality for fashion and home goods projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to cultivate and enhance ideas, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of brand and project style guidelines.
- Support the Creative team with fact-checking and editing during the development of digital assets.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance their work and compliance with editorial standards.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards for all content, ensuring alignment with client goals and audience engagement.
- Assess content submissions for any legal, ethical, or policy issues, conducting necessary reviews.
- Assist in developing and maintaining review processes.
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of editorial experience, preferably within an agency focused on entertainment or brand clients.
- Strong fact-checking abilities and experience with specific client brands.
- Exceptional editorial skills, emphasizing grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and formatting.
- Excellent research and proofreading capabilities.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, particularly on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of design principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration within a team.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Confidence discussing topics related to home goods, fashion, and entertainment.
- Knowledge of APA, MLA, and Chicago style guides.

Compensation And Benefits
In alignment with local and state regulations, the salary range for this position is (70,000 – )80,000 annually, with individual compensation varying based on location, experience, and qualifications. Our benefits include:
