Field Marketing Events Manager (Remote)

• Ensure projects meet stated timelines
• Travel to in-person events
• Manage and create post-event reports
• Prepare and analyze reports of customer trends and feedback
• Plan, coordinate, and manage physical and digital events, including content and set-up
• Coordinate with different departments to execute campaign activities
• Define key performance indicators and monitor campaign success
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing campaign materials in external events

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in planning, executing, and managing events
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proven success designing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies
• Experience in planning, executing, and managing event marketing campaigns
• Advanced understanding of data analysis and performance metrics
• Willingness to travel
• Experience managing marketing and sales funnels
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

Job Highlights

• 3+ years experience building, executing and scaling field marketing events from concept to completion
• Know and love the event marketing space. Has the ability to articulate emerging trends and offers thought leadership on field marketing tactics.
• Strong attention to detail, exemplary project management skills and solution-oriented.
• Have a proven track record of producing quality work from idea through execution that’s on time and within budget.
• Have stellar communication skills and can clearly communicate your ideas in both written and oral channels and forums.
• Ability to travel nationally, including weekends, to attend strategic events or to spot-check vendor execution.

Compensation

• $72.26 – $75 /hour Pay Rate
