We are in search of a talented and seasoned Field Marketing Events Manager to become an integral part of our North America Field Marketing team. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who excels in event management and thrives in a fast-moving environment, contributing to a culture that prioritizes teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a cohesive North America field marketing events strategy aimed at enhancing prospect engagement, pipeline development, and sales acceleration. This encompasses planning for regional trade shows, partner engagements, and sales events.
  • Craft and oversee the marketing approach for our tradeshow participation.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics and execution, integrating marketing initiatives, ancillary gatherings, staffing, promotional materials, booth arrangements, and lead capture systems.
  • Administer the overarching strategy, event timelines, program budgets, expenditures, and travel itineraries.
  • Guarantee seamless event execution while continuously seeking areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales leadership and regional teams to devise an event support strategy.
  • Optimize branded and supported events to effectively engage the intended customer demographic, surpassing set opportunity targets.
  • Administer the North America field marketing event budget and processes, including expense monitoring and event-specific budget reconciliation.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with event vendors, negotiating contracts and enhancing vendor offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to oversee various components of the event program.
  • Provide strategic consulting to Business Development, Channel Sales, and Sales Leadership in developing quarterly field and partner event strategies.
  • Execute post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, measure ROI, and refine programs.
  • Adjust strategies to align with market demands, sales team needs, and business objectives.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 50-60% of the time for events.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event and tradeshow marketing, encompassing planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Proficient in budget management and vendor relations.
  • Experience overseeing booth properties, promotional vendors, printing vendors, and tradeshow management services.
  • Proven track record managing a comprehensive events or field marketing program with at least 20 events annually.
  • Basic familiarity with productivity tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication capabilities, particularly in presenting and training contexts.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills for managing numerous projects concurrently.
  • Strong organizational and project management aptitude.
  • A proven team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
