Key Responsibilities
- Formulate the annual demand generation strategy and work in partnership with key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with regional goals.
- Serve as a strategic liaison to sales, ensuring transparency in marketing activities, establishing shared priorities, and adjusting strategies in response to market dynamics.
- Coordinate with business development and sales teams to ensure prompt lead follow-up, qualification, and successful campaign execution.
- Create and implement targeted marketing plans that incorporate corporate programs, local opportunities, customer engagement, and partner collaborations.
- Monitor and evaluate regional events, providing actionable insights on optimizations, business outcomes, and return on investment.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to support overarching go-to-market strategies.
- Manage vendor selection and relationships for regional marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in leading field marketing efforts in North America for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS companies.
- Proven success in developing and executing field marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline enhancement.
- Competence in managing regional marketing budgets and processes.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, particularly for top-of-funnel lead acquisition.
- Excellent project management abilities to ensure timely planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in Public Sector or Federal marketing is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in field marketing, preferably in the B2B Cloud/SaaS sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
