Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Global Field Marketing Specialist to spearhead initiatives that enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive revenue through innovative field marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in supporting over 30 global events each year, requiring adept management of logistics, the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to realize regional and global success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a substantial impact by generating high-quality leads and delivering outstanding event experiences tailored to diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel field and event marketing campaigns aimed at driving pipeline growth and enhancing revenue.
- Oversee logistics for global events, ensuring timely management of sponsorship deadlines, booth setups, staff registrations, and more.
- Coordinate the routing of leads generated from events, working in tandem with marketing and sales teams to implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Propel promotional initiatives for marquee virtual events, ensuring alignment with overarching global strategies.
- Prepare travel itineraries, event summaries, and post-event evaluations for stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools to track event timelines, budgets, and deliverables across various regions.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with global vendors, ensuring brand consistency across all venues.
- Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and make recommendations for trade show participation.
- Measure and report on event performance monthly, quarterly, and annually, with a focus on return on investment (ROI).
- Manage event budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Provide global support for marketing efforts across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Assist the team with additional responsibilities as necessary.
Required Skills
- Strong project management capabilities and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
- Exceptional writing proficiency, particularly in email communications and ABM tactics.
- Expertise in managing virtual events.
- Analytical ability to assess marketing performance and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity in customizing content for global audiences, taking into account regional and cultural nuances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with particular emphasis on tradeshows, events, and field marketing (global experience preferred).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC), and ABM tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS, B2B dynamics, and sales cycles.
