    Job Description

    Would you like to help hyper-growth cloud providers innovate, and exceed their revenue targets? We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be critical for our success going forward and will further establish our brand as an industry leading provider of global data center services. 

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of B2B marketing preferably with data center, compute, and networking technologies
    • An understanding of marketing principles and strategies for developing effective demand generation campaigns (target audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging)
    • Ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, setting campaign objectives, defining target metrics, creating timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    • The ability to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights. 
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms will help in measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing future efforts.
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, and in a rapidly- changing, startup environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or equivalent
    • An understanding of data center infrastructure and hyperscaler technologies

    Responsibilities 

    • Design and utilize marketing strategies to support building and maintaining a robust and healthy sales pipeline. 
    • Develop and implement campaigns for demand generation to help drive revenue and market share growth.
    • Create and customize compelling and engaging content, crafting messages that resonate with the target audience in-person, online, and across social media platforms.
    • Facilitate industry event registration, planning, and participation. (Some international travel required.)
    • Develop pre- and post- event and campaign blueprints for use across segments to measurably increase brand awareness and pipeline.
    • Event list management: Handle the upload of event attendee lists into CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency, with a focus on customer-specific asks and needs.
    • Establish and manage key customer and channel relationships in your territory.
    • Assist sales team with building account plans to open new revenue streams in territory.
    • Build relationships and generate demand through customer engagement and interaction. 
    • Collaborate with peers at Introl to define, sharpen, and execute go-to-market initiatives. 
    • Maintain a customer-first attitude always. 
    • Represent Introl as a best-in-class, best-in-industry provider of data center services.
    • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, startup environment. 

    Compensation 

    The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $74,000 to $130,000. We aim to offer highly competitive compensation and to spark in our team members the desire to win and succeed. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. The pay range noted here reflects base pay only. Additionally, certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Introl bonuses and equity. Employees will also be entitled to benefits including, medical, dental, vision, and participation in Introl’s 401K plan. Our recruiters will share more details during the hiring process.
