Position: Field Sales Consultant
We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our Field Sales Team for a leading restoration services brand. In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams and franchisees to create and execute local sales initiatives that align with our growth strategy. Your work will focus on expanding market share, increasing commercial revenue, and helping franchisees generate organic leads. You will play a key role in supporting the adoption of approved technologies, improving sales data analysis, and driving franchisee training and development.
What You’ll Do
Provide consultative guidance, coaching, and training to franchise owners, sales managers, and teams through both one-on-one and group sessions
Collaborate with Business Development Consultants to drive profitable growth within the franchise network
Work closely with the National Carrier Account Team to maximize program opportunities locally
Engage with Regional Account Managers to strengthen relationships between franchises and agent leaders or claims offices
Develop and deliver effective sales training programs
Support the growth of in-field sales efforts to reach commercial sales goals
Drive the “Engagement through Education” initiative in the field
Assist in creating sales tools and materials to support strategic initiatives
Champion the implementation and use of CRM systems and other technologies
Leverage internal resources, including account management, training, operations, and marketing teams, to enhance revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or sales management within a service industry
Experience in a commercial vertical relevant to restoration or insurance industries is required
Strong relationship-building and management skills
Expertise in strategic selling and solution-based thinking
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and influence others
Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience coaching and training in both virtual and in-person environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with CRM tools
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role reflects the diverse factors considered in compensation decisions, including experience, skills, and certifications. The expected base salary range is between $85,000 and $95,000, with additional bonus opportunities.
Work Location:
This position is 100% remote and open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Los Angeles County).
