Field Sales Engineer in charge of the development of the South-West of France (M/F/D)

We give you the opportunity to achieve this goal with this new position to be filled as soon as possible.

The role :

You will help support our growth strategy and expand our market share by being responsible for the commercial development of the entrusted territory and achieving your sales objectives. To do this, you will need to:

  1. Actively prospect the sales sector for the supply of equipment and systems in connection with the tactical plan and the marketing activities.
  2. Understand and analyze the needs of customers on a technical/scientific level and be attentive to market developments in the different sectors of activity.
  3. Develop technical & commercial solutions in partnership with the support teams and present them to customers. Be able to promote new concepts that break with existing solutions.
  4. Close opportunities by adhering to internal rules for conducting business.
  5. Participate in the coordination of key accounts with the KAM(s) when necessary.
  6. Participate, in conjunction with management, in the development of new sales channels (Resellers / Distributors).
  7. Fill in and use the CRM according to the performance indicators in force to enable effective reporting. Share customer experiences with the rest of the sales team (Sales, Marketing).
  8. Be an actor of the customer experience and satisfaction by processing of complaints.

What we expect of you ?

  1. A higher education in science and/or marketing such as an engineering school or university (DUT, engineering and/or business school, etc.).
  2. 5 to 10 years of experience in the B-to-B field in a similar position (field or sedentary).
  3. Good knowledge of the territory entrusted and the markets/applications in which our products operate. Competences in the field of vacuum technologies would also be appreciated.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to work in a team and serve renowned industrial and academic clients in a wide range of cutting-edge sectors (Transport, Energy, Healthcare, Agri-food, Research, etc.).
  5. Fluent English is essential to get to know our organization.
  6. French driving license B. The position requires to be mobile in the sales sector and from time to time in the rest of the country or abroad.
  7. The position requires a very good autonomy in the organization of work as well as a strong technical curiosity and ease in the use of digital tools.

The salary range must be defined according to the candidate’s profile and experience.
