We are a green tech company, with extensive experience in sustainability services. We deliver two platforms, a world-leading marketplace for connecting architects and manufacturers (bimobject.com) and the unique sustainability platform Prodikt (prodikt.com), focusing on stakeholders and actors in the construction and property sector. We make digital models (called BIM objects) and environmental reports (called EPDs) for our platforms. We also have special software that maps out a product’s environmental impact – from materials to final use.

More about your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative roles or related work experience
- Working proficiency in English and Polish both in speech and writing
- Strong familiarity with various software applications and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
Extra awesome
- Experience in invoice management and/or accounting
- Interest in tech / SaaS industry /sustainability
As our new Finance Assistant, you will…
- Issue Customer Invoices: Use Netsuite (invoice system) to create and manage customer invoices accurately.
- Send Payment Reminders: Proactively communicate with customers to issue timely payment reminders.
- Maintain Customer Data: Ensure accuracy and consistency to monitor and update customer master data in Salesforce (CRM system)
- Process Transactions: Efficiently manage and process expenses-related transactions through the Pleo App.
- Support Global Finance Initiatives: Collaborate with our global Finance Team on various tasks and projects to enhance our operations.

Practicalities
This full-time position is located in Gliwice and will follow a hybrid work model. We love to meet at the office, but we also understand that being able to work remotely is sometimes a better fit. Your Site manager is located in Gliwice, and you will find your closest team in Malmö, Sweden.
