Finance Manager E Commerce (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Provide financial reports and actionable insights to guide decision-making for leadership.
• Analyze costs and profitability at the SKU level to identify opportunities for improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with teams to set and monitor goals.
• Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.

Accounting and Compliance:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Validate and review work completed by the bookkeeper for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and implement recommendations as required.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow to maintain liquidity and optimize working capital.
• Develop cash flow projections and identify cost-saving opportunities.

E-commerce-Specific Financial Oversight:

• Work with data from various platforms to provide insights into sales performance, inventory costs, and advertising ROI.
• Track key e-commerce metrics such as SKU-level profitability, ROAS, and TACOS.
• Support strategic initiatives like new product launches and marketplace expansion with financial analysis.

Collaboration and Business Strategy:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve pricing, marketing, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on e-commerce or retail operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in SKU-level financial analysis.
• Proficiency with financial tools and systems such as Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to validate accounting tasks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: PKR180,000 to PKR 275,000
