What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a key project member for assigned studies, managing varying complexities and budgets
• Conduct financial analyses, including invoicing, collections, and budget versus actual analyses
• Maintain all financial and invoicing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Mentor other staff and build productive working relationships across teams
• Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries and reconciliations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of accounting experience or equivalent healthcare/clinical research financial project management experience
• Minimum of two years of healthcare experience in the healthcare products/services industry, ideally in a CRO setting
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
