Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Female Art Teacher with a passion for Fine Arts, Education and Content Creation. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fine arts and crafts, combined with basic knowledge in marketing for the ability to collaborate with the marketing team for engaging content and believe in developing and growing together with an organization long-term. This role requires someone who can inspire students through hands-on art instruction while also contributing to the school’s online presence and promotional marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Instruction:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in fine arts and crafts, tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
• Provide instruction in various mediums including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
• Foster a fun, active, supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and personal expression.
• Evaluate and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their artistic skills.
• Organize and lead art exhibitions, workshops, and student showcases.
• Create and update different lesson plans for Art & Craft Workshops and Classes.

Content Creation & Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Create visual content with marketing team such as art projects, photos, videos and tutorials that showcase the art programs and student work.
• Contribute to the development of digital and outdoor marketing campaigns that highlight the school’s art programs.
• Assist in designing and produce promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain art supplies and ensure the art room is organized and well-stocked.
• Stay updated on the latest art trends, techniques, and educational practices.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and community events as required.
• Engage with parents and the local community to promote the art program and encourage participation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Must have Certification, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related creative field. A teaching certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching fine arts and crafts. Experience in content creation or marketing is highly desirable.

Required skills:

• Must be proficient in various art techniques and mediums.
• Must be proficient in Sculpture, Clay Crafts and other related craftwork.
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have an Own Visa
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team with the Founder and Marketing Team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Proficiency in Digital Art
• Fluency in Chinese / Mandarin
• Passionate about both teaching and digital content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and tasks.
• Enthusiastic about integrating art education with modern marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media platforms.
