Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on full-stack product development utilizing technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Proven leadership or collaborative experience within engineering teams, particularly in high-growth startup environments.
• Expertise in defining technical requirements and designing system architecture with a clear understanding of feasibility, cost, and impact.
• Experience in managing cloud-based IT infrastructures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure efficient and reliable systems.
• Strong API development skills and experience with integrations, ensuring smooth inter-system connections.
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, contributing across the entire stack.
• Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and ensure proper database design and architecture.
