We’re hiring a Founding Head of Operations to help us fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll be joining a fast-growing company led by an experienced tech startup founder (previous company acquired by American Express). We have big dreams and ADHD is the first step in our long journey ahead.

You’ll receive significant equity and an incredibly exciting opportunity to have a huge impact at an early stage.

What you’ll work on: 

• Design and optimize scalable operational systems and processes to support the demands of a rapidly growing start-up
• Implement AI automations at every level of our operations
• Work directly with our CEO/Founder every day and communicate seamlessly across teams
• Grow your team – build and manage specialised functions as we grow, including mentoring high potential team members to ensure sustained operational excellence
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure operational effectiveness before they become bottlenecks
• Establish finance, people and legal systems, taking them from 0-1

The role is hybrid remote/in-person at our Sydney CBD office.
