We’re a small, highly ambitious founding team. As an early-stage, we’re looking for a founding software engineer who’s excited to shape our product and technology from the ground up.

The Role

As our lead software engineer, you’ll play a central role in building and scaling our platform. From architecting backend systems to implementing advanced AI-driven features, you’ll work on core parts of our product, taking ideas from concept to production.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, make foundational technical decisions, and collaborate closely with our founding team to build something exceptional.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate complex workflows.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language model applications to improve performance.
• Set technical standards, best practices, and lay the groundwork for a high-performing engineering team.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup, SaaS, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages).
• Experience building and deploying production-ready backend systems and APIs.
• Experience with modern tools and frameworks for AI development (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face).
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A builder mindset – you thrive in solving problems, wearing multiple hats, and bringing ideas to life.
