What we are looking for 

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Franchise Administrator  to support the growth of our franchise network and marketing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career in franchising and marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Perth, the ideal candidate will manage key processes in franchisee onboarding, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, is required to meet the dynamic needs of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development Support 

  • Engage with potential franchisees, answering inquiries and guiding them through the application process.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective franchisees and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Track and manage the franchise development pipeline, including lead qualification, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate franchisee onboarding processes, including training sessions, site readiness checks, and documentation.
  • Represent the organization at events, meetings, and networking opportunities with franchisees and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare franchise-related documentation, reports, and presentations.

Marketing and Communication Support 

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials to attract and engage franchisees.
  • Contribute to planning and executing marketing campaigns to support franchise recruitment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align franchise operations with marketing initiatives.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage email correspondence, meeting schedules, and reminders across flexible working hours.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and franchise events.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports and presentations.

Working Hours and Location:

This role requires flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate events, franchisee engagements, and marketing campaigns. It also offers a hybrid work location.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with franchisees and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow into a franchising/marketing role.
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing, operational, or administrative roles (experience in franchising or marketing is a bonus but not essential).
