As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison between our esteemed organization and its franchisees. This pivotal role is dedicated to assisting franchisees in cultivating successful and profitable businesses while enhancing their overall value. You will implement growth and operational strategies that align with corporate objectives, influencing franchisees to adopt initiatives that contribute to mutual success and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain beneficial business relationships with franchisees, promoting a collaborative atmosphere to achieve shared goals.
- Conduct annual business reviews with assigned franchisees to set objectives related to growth, profitability, and succession planning.
- Analyze franchisee operational performance, identifying opportunities for sales and profitability enhancement, and making informed recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the integrity and representation of the brand by collaborating effectively with franchisees in accordance with established policies.
- Identify and explore new growth opportunities within the assigned market, including potential independent conversions and real estate prospects.
- Plan and facilitate regional meetings, strengthening communication and collaboration among franchisees.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail business planning, franchise growth, and succession strategies with a strong grasp of operational execution.
- Exceptional ability to develop beneficial business partnerships and collaborate effectively to achieve set objectives.

Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in retail management, particularly in tire and automotive service sectors.

- Preferred bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
