About the Role
- Inspire and Lead: Oversee, motivate, and inspire our franchise network to achieve revenue targets, KPIs, and profit targets, ensuring consistent and exceptional performance.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Leverage data and reports to make innovative commercial decisions that drive location success and optimise profitability, managing controllable costs effectively in line with budgets and company guidelines.
- Drive High Performance: Build and maintain a high-performing team culture, fostering a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
- Strong Leadership: Provide clear and supportive leadership, coaching, developing, and delivering actionable feedback to empower franchise owners and their teams to reach their goals.
- Effective Time Management: Exhibit exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills, structuring your day to provide the best support to your teams while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Lead by Example: Spend time in the field, working alongside franchise owners and their teams to gain insights and lead from the front, exemplifying hands-on leadership.
This role is pivotal in driving franchise growth, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement with our Franchise Owners.
To Succeed in This Role, you will need:
- Experience helping franchisees boost sales and profitability through effective initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyse P&L statements and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong organisational skills to drive growth and profitability.
- A proactive “can-do” attitude and self-motivated mindset.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team at our Silverwater HQ.
- Flexibility to travel nationally to support franchisees.
- Thrive in an autonomous role while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Franchise Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a franchise business environment.
- Sales & Account Management: 3+ years in sales or account management with a proven track record of success.
- Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software like Xero is an advantage but not essential.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong skills in motivating and guiding franchise owners toward success.
- Industry Background: Experience in retail, food & beverage, or mobile franchising is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: A tertiary qualification is preferred but not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, with solid overall computer skills.
