Job Description

We are seeking a Freelance Influencer Marketing & Collaboration Specialist to identify, contact, and manage collaborations with influencers across social media platforms and digital media outlets. Your role will focus on promoting Naples Real Estate LLC’s offerings through paid influencer partnerships, podcast invitations, and creative social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Research: Identify relevant influencers, bloggers, YouTubers, and podcasters who cater to the luxury real estate market or have an audience interested in Dubai’s real estate sector.
• Outreach & Communication: Initiate contact and build relationships with influencers and digital creators for paid promotions, collaborations, and content partnerships.
• Negotiation & Collaboration: Handle negotiations for paid promotions, content sponsorships, giveaways, and influencer-created content.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met and campaigns are aligned with the brand’s objectives.
• Creative Input: Collaborate with influencers on the development of creative and engaging content that showcases Naples Real Estate’s luxury properties and services.
• Performance Tracking: Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, gathering metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
• Contract Management: Draft and manage influencer contracts, ensuring all terms and agreements are clear and followed.
• Podcast Outreach: Secure podcast invitations and features for Naples Real Estate’s leadership team to discuss the real estate market in Dubai, luxury living, and investment opportunities.
• Creative Strategies: Propose and execute creative strategies, such as social media challenges, live events, and virtual property tours, to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital PR, or social media outreach (experience in the real estate sector is a plus).
• Strong understanding of influencer dynamics and social media trends on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a bonus, but not required.
