We are looking for a Freelance UX Expert – Reporting & Data Visualization English Fluent to join their team.

What would your duties be?

• User-Centered Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design user journeys optimized for data reporting.
• Power BI Dashboard Design: Develop visually engaging and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring a smooth and effective user experience.
• Data Simplification: Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights by developing intuitive layouts, data visualizations, and interactive elements.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of reporting dashboards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers and report developers to create solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
• Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure dashboards meet accessibility standards and provide a seamless experience for all users.

Which are the requirements for this position?

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in UX design, with experience in data reporting and visualization projects; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
• Skills: Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Lucid, Sketch, Adobe XD); strong knowledge of PowerBI and data visualization best practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey UX concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Visualization, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
