We are looking for French speakers to work remotely for this leading technology brand!

Your responsabilities:

Handle incoming French user requests via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients with post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds
Provide inbound sales support and sell products to boost revenue, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics!)
Keeping customers informed with regular status and resolution updates
Record and track orders or requests, ensuring thorough documentation of all necessary data elements in the CRM according to client requirements, policies, and product

Our expectations:

You speak French in proficiency
Fluent English level (at least B2)
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
An ability to work in shifts

Main duties:

Possible start on 10/07/2024
Fully remote work system from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Lisbon, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro
Working schedule: Monday -Saturday (8:00 –21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays : Days off: Sunday +1 rotational day
Full time job: 8 hours/day, 5 days/ week, rotating shifts, Fixed term, renewable full time 6-months employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
Private Health insurance with a dental plan( freeafter 6 months)
Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
Recruitment & hiring process 100% online

Competetive Salary and bonuses:

-1194€ gross x12 months or 1024 gross x 14 months -basic salary
-up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month
-meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
-20 €/month – Transport allowance

Relocation package:

Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
