Job Details:

We are offering a permanent Work From Home position for a Fresher / Junior Healthcare & IT Recruitment and Data Management Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Market and source Australian-based Doctors and Nurses for our Robina 7 Day Doctors Clinic using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, Seek etc
  • Market and source IT professionals based in Australia/New Zealand for Goku Infocare Recruitment Services, focusing on placements within Australian State and Federal Government Agencies
  • Collect, reconcile, manage, and maintain patient and clinical data for our Robina 7 Day Doctors Clinic using Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF skills (Non-Technical Task)
  • If interested, contribute to our Gokul Infocare Software Development Team by participating in application and web development or creating data collection reports (optional).
  • Work independently with provided support as needed, and engage in self-learning.
  • You will be provided with detailed instructions and training, with chances to develop your skills further.
  • You will receive training on software tools such as Zoho Recruit, Pracsoft, Medical Director, Xero, Jibble, Jira, BuyICT, PRODA and others.
  • You will work exclusively with professionals who are Australian or New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents living in Australia or New Zealand.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must be a Graduate with a minimum of 7.5 CGPA (No students).
  • Must have excellent internet research skills to identify precise details.
  • Must own a laptop/PC with a high-speed internet connection
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have knowledge or experience using social media platforms for talent acquisition to attract professionals.
  • Very Good Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient in Google search

Please note that all the above are Mandatory and if you do not meet ALL of them, then this position is not suitable for you.

Location of Work:

Permanent Work From Home

Timings:

Monday to Saturday 8 Hours a day (Preferred candidates who can start before 9 AM)

Joining Date:

Immediate to Less than 2 Weeks. (We do not accept applications where the notice period is more than 2 weeks)

Remuneration:

  • First 3 Months – INR 10,000 per month
  • Next 3 Months – INR 15,000 per month
  • After 6 Months – INR 20,000 per month
  • Every Year Guaranteed Salary increase of 30%
  • Additional Benefits are awarded for each successful placement

Selection Process:

1. Task 1 – To assess your marketing and sourcing strategies:

  • Utilize your internet research skills to identify the qualifications and certifications required for a Doctor to practice as a General Practitioner in Australia.
  • Describe your approach to reaching out to these Doctors and outline how you would persuade them to join our Robina 7 Day Doctors Clinic.

Create a PowerPoint Presentation OR Audio recording OR Video explaining your findings and proposed outreach strategy for the above steps.
