We are seeking an experienced Client-Side Web Developer with a strong focus on React development and a solid understanding of integrating with backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, responsive web applications and be skilled in transforming legacy systems to modern web architectures. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.
• Integrate front-end components with services and APIs.
• Migrate legacy, non-web applications to a modern web architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools to manage codebase and track issues.
• Deliver high-quality code from written specifications within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in commercial, modern web development.
• 5-7 years of experience in React development with a client-side focus.
• Strong knowledge of Material-UI (MUI) and other relevant web packages (state management, context, routing, forms, etc.).
• Experience with a variety of web browsers, mobile devices, and different form factors.
• Proven commercial experience in transforming legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.
• Working knowledge of REST API integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to small team success and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
