Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer, that will play a key role in building the user interface for Avantis AI’s powerful research management tools. Working closely with a diverse team of developers, researchers, and AI experts, you will design and implement intuitive interfaces that allow professionals to collaborate seamlessly on complex data analysis tasks. Your work will be crucial in transforming how research is conducted across industries, from real-time data visualization to collaborative document editing.

Duties:

• Collaborate with the development and research teams to create user interfaces that enhance real-time collaboration and data visualization for our AI-powered research platform.
• Develop and maintain React.js-based components that support collaborative workflows and high-performance data management.
• Build, test, and optimize front-end elements that make it easy for users to share, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Ensure the platform’s front-end architecture supports multiple user roles, real-time updates, and seamless interaction with AI-driven insights.
• Contribute to agile development processes, participate in code reviews, and collaborate closely with back-end developers to ensure smooth integration.

Skills:

• Proficiency in front end web development using React.js, JavaScript, Material UI, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong knowledge of React tools (Webpack, Redux, Enzyme, Flux) and browser-based debugging.
• Familiarity with real-time collaboration tools, multi-user environments, and UI/UX best practices for research platforms.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for process and code management in an agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take the lead on critical front-end projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
