Job Description

What you will be doing:
– Provide operational supervision and services as well as security of guests and property during the night
– Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
– Manage online and phone reservations.
– Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
– Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
– Responsible for the night financial tracking reports and cash collection
– Act as a point of contact for all guests during their stay and undertake management responsibilities at the hotel
– Respond to clients’ complaints.
– Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
– Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
– Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

– A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field
– Excellent English, both verbal and written
– Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
– Energetic and passionate to work
– Innovative approach to work
