Job Description:

CG Viz Studio is seeking a highly proficient Frontend & Backend Developer with expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our websites and web applications, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, secure, and optimized for performance. You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:Frontend Development:

Design & Development:
Develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Implement modern design principles to create seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
Optimization:
Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth interactions.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot any frontend issues.
UI/UX Collaboration:
Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional web pages.
Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.

Backend Development:

Server-Side Programming:
Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP.
Integrate frontend elements with server-side processes to create dynamic and interactive web applications.
Database Management:
Design, implement, and manage databases (e.g., MySQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently.
Optimize database queries for performance and scalability.
API Development:
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Security & Maintenance:
Implement security best practices to protect web applications from vulnerabilities.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability.

Full-Stack Development:

Project Management:
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and other developers, to achieve project goals.
Troubleshooting & Debugging:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices and tools.

Version Control:
Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative development.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience as a Frontend & Backend Developer or similar role.
At least 4 years of professional experience in web development.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP.
Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is a plus.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Database Management:
Proficient in MySQL or similar relational databases.
Development Tools:
Familiarity with development tools and environments such as VS Code, Chrome DevTools, and package managers like npm.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and projects demonstrating expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Internet Requirements:
Must have a reliable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps speed.
Salary Agreement:
Must agree to the salary of ₹20,000 per month.
Work Autonomy:
Ability to work independently without supervision, managing tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

DevOps Knowledge:

Certifications:
