Frontend Developer (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior React Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior React Frontend Engineer, you will lead the development of our frontend applications, leveraging your expertise in React.js to deliver high-quality, performant solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and optimize frontend components, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the frontend development efforts using React.js, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Architect and implement complex user interfaces, collaborating closely with design and product teams to translate requirements into elegant frontend solutions.
• Optimize application performance and user experience through efficient code, responsive design, and performance tuning.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of excellence within the frontend team.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and champion their adoption within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of the frontend codebase.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical roadmap of our frontend applications, driving innovation and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and its ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience building complex single-page applications (SPAs).
• Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
