About the Role

As a Frontend Developer at Webhouse, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting beautiful, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces for web applications. Working closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders, you’ll turn ideas and designs into functional, high-quality products that exceed client expectations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that thrives on innovation, AI-driven workflows, and a passion for creating software that makes a real impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate Figma or similar designs into pixel-perfect, functional components.
• Work alongside backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Leverage modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vite) and libraries to build scalable solutions.
• Optimise UI/UX for usability, accessibility, and speed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high development standards and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Contribute to innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a frontend developer building modern web applications.
• Proficiency in React (or similar frameworks like Vue.js or Angular) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with tools like Next.js, Vite, or other performant build tools.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and REST/GraphQL API integration.
• High attention to detail when it comes to design implementation and user experience.
• A solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, shadcn, MUI or similar.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
