We’re looking for a Front-End Developer with strong prototyping experience, an eye for design, and a knack for crafting intuitive user experiences. What You’ll Do:

• Prototype Rapidly: Create quick, functional prototypes to test and validate new ideas and features with stakeholders.
• Craft Exceptional Interfaces: Design and implement elegant, user-friendly UIs that enhance our platform’s usability and appeal.
• Experiment and Iterate: Work on rapid development cycles, learning from feedback and iterating on solutions to meet user and business needs.
• Collaborate Closely: Partner with designers, developers, and product managers to align goals and deliver impactful results.
• Adopt Extreme Programming: Utilize XP principles such as pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Showcase Your Work: Present prototypes and solutions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your design and technical choices.
• Handle Real-Time Data: Build features to efficiently handle real-time data streams using WebSockets and optimize data delivery to users.
• Work with Larger Data Sets: Design and implement paging solutions and performance optimizations to manage large datasets effectively in the user interface.
• Focus on Quality: Write clean, well-documented code and follow best practices to ensure robustness and reliability.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
• Strong portfolio showcasing prototyping experience and user-centric design solutions.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures or modular design principles.
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, and modern front-end development practices.
• Familiarity with at least one other framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) and an appreciation for their trade-offs.
• Knowledge of component-based architecture and state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Extreme Programming (XP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WebSockets and managing real-time data streams in applications
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress or equivalent ).
• Experience in building libraries with Webpack, Rollup or Vite
• Understanding of Apache or Ngnix configurations
• Any experience with Salt Stack
• Any experience with Web Components
• A background in usability testing or user research.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
