Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced FRP Supervisor to oversee our projects in the energy and renewable  sectors. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of complex projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained. You’ll be working closely with clients and onsite teams, managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and providing expert guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all FORMWORK,REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE works (FRP)  across various energy and renewable projects.
• Lead and coordinate the FRP team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical expertise and troubleshooting as required.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for all FRP activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues or delays that arise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in supervising FRP projects
• Strong understanding of client relations and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Solid knowledge of onsite project delivery, including safety, quality control, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or a related field are preferred.
