Hiring Ssr Full-Stack Developers with Specialization in Front-End, Back-End, or Smart Contracts

We’re looking for talented Ssr Full-Stack Developers who have a core skill set in full-stack development but can also dominate one of the following areas: Front-End, Back-End, or Smart Contracts. We are a recently formed accelerator working on decentralized applications (dApp) as part of a funded project, with the potential for future opportunities as we build out our venture studio.

About the Project: We’re a small accelerator launching Dapps for a layer 1 chain, we are focusing on creating short-term experimental projects that take 2-3 weeks to complete and launch. Our projects are experimental dapps that play with game theory, gamified DeFi, tokenomics and more.

Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be a key player in bringing our dApp to life. While you’ll have a focus area (Front-End, Back-End, or Smart Contracts), you’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless integration and top-notch performance across the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy features and user stories across the full stack, with a focus on your area of specialization.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality product.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Web3 and decentralized applications.
• Daily standup meeting and Agile development framework.
• Contribute to the planning and architectural decisions of the project.
• This is a full-time position.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of development experience with a strong foundation in full-stack development.
• Specialization in one of the following areas: Front-End (React, Next.js, etc.), Back-End (Node.js, Python, etc.), or Smart Contracts (Solidity, web3 elements, ABI, AMMs etc.).
• Proven track record of past relevant work in dapps, Web3 or crypto-related products (STRICT REQUIREMENT please do not apply if you do not have this experience).
• Excitement for building dApps and a passion for blockchain technology, hackathon experience is a very big plus.
• Payment in USD per project from $1500 to $4000 + revenue share depends on seniority and project complexity + the possibility to lead a project and join the team on a full time basis.
• Must be based in Latin America
