Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL, you will collaborate within a mission-focused team, harnessing technology to empower our clients in their efforts to bolster the health and well-being of those they serve. • Engage in client discussions to assess needs and evaluate software system designs while considering client specifications, security, scalability, and cost factors.
• Participate in business process sessions and project meetings to ensure clear communication of system design choices to key stakeholders.
• Support data integration and data warehouse solutions utilizing REST API and MS SQL Server.
• Assess potential support tools and prepare documentation with recommendations based on system performance, stability, and lifecycle management analysis.
• Provide technical assistance for escalated system-related issues, including on-call support through phone or electronic communication.
• Analyze and rectify system support deficiencies, conduct testing, and strive to enhance system performance.
• Lead moderately complex projects or project phases, coordinating with technical support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Employ advanced methods and research techniques to assist in developing and documenting processes that adhere to standard business practices.
• Create and implement training tools and documentation to enhance user understanding and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical consultation regarding current and future systems to both internal teams and external clients.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SSIS, SSMS, SQL Server, and third-party software integration via various interface engines (ETL).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education) in software development or technology support related to web applications (C#, .NET, TypeScript, or JavaScript).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience (or equivalent education) in web application hosting using Microsoft IIS, web APIs, and troubleshooting API-based applications.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members, delivering exemplary client services, and leading projects aimed at service enhancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proven ability to mentor and train colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Equivalent education may be considered for experience requirements, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
