Key Responsibilities

• Engage in client meetings to identify needs and evaluate software system designs, considering security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Contribute to business process workshops and project discussions to ensure clear communication of system design decisions to stakeholders.
• Assist in data integration and data warehouse solutions through REST API and MS SQL Server.
• Conduct evaluations of support tools and create documentation to provide recommendations based on system performance and lifecycle management.
• Offer technical support for escalated system issues, including on-call assistance via electronic communication.
• Analyze and rectify system support deficiencies, perform testing, and strive to enhance overall system performance.
• Lead moderately complex projects or phases, collaborating with technical support teams to secure successful project outcomes.
• Apply advanced research techniques and assist in the development of compliant business practices.
• Create and implement training resources and documentation to foster user understanding and operational effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation on existing and future systems to both internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SSIS, SSMS, SQL Server, and integrating third-party software through various interface engines (ETL).
• 3+ years of experience in software development or technology support for web applications (C#, .NET, TypeScript, or JavaScript).
• 2+ years of experience with web application hosting using Microsoft IIS, web APIs, and addressing API-based application issues.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members, delivering exceptional client service while leading projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development or technology support.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
