A Day in the Life of a Full Stack Developer at Pangolin

• Build End-to-End Solutions: Work fluidly across frontend and backend to bring fully realized features to life. One day, you might architect a seamless user flow in React/Next.js; the next, you’ll be implementing a high-performance backend service in Node.js.
• Create User-Centric Experiences: Craft interfaces that are as intuitive as they are visually compelling, ensuring every interaction feels effortless.
• Architect Scalable APIs: Design and optimize microservices to handle complex data workflows, ensuring our solutions remain responsive and robust as clients scale.
• Work With Cutting-Edge Databases: Leverage both SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient, reliable, and secure data stores.
• Innovate, Always: Experiment with emerging frameworks, new AI/ML libraries, and cloud-native tools. Your curiosity fuels our innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Approximately 2.5-3 years of hands-on experience building and shipping real-world applications.
• Technical Chops:
• Frontend: Strong in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern state management tools.
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL (primary), MongoDB, Redis, and containerization with Docker.
• DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and basic monitoring/logging tools.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to navigate ambiguity, dive into new challenges, and solve problems with a solution-oriented approach.
• Growth Mentality: Eager to learn, adapt, and refine your skillset. A strong believer in clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement.
