Job Description:

As a Full-Stack Developer (React & .NET), you will work on the full application lifecycle, from development to deployment, and enhance both front-end and back-end features. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the performance and security of the applications. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, leveraging your skills in both React (front-end) and .NET (back-end) technologies in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React for front-end and .NET Core / ASP.NET for back-end.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to design and implement features, ensuring seamless integration between the client and server sides.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to integrate with front-end applications.
• Optimize application performance to ensure responsiveness, speed, and scalability.
• Work on database design, migrations, and integration with SQL Server or other databases.
• Implement security best practices for both front-end and back-end code.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to maintaining high-quality code standards and continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to performance, functionality, and security across the full stack.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and assist with cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and stability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in both React and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate remotely with other developers, product managers, and designers to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, state management (Redux, Context API), and component design.
• Extensive experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET and related technologies (MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with the ability to build responsive user interfaces.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database design.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration with front-end applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git, with experience working in a collaborative Git environment.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines and working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end performance issues.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of TypeScript and its integration with React.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and related patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack or Babel.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with graph databases or NoSQL databases is a plus.
