Full Stack Developer (Remote)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive accounting software solution. You will work closely with our product management, design, and QA teams to ensure the software meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development will be essential in creating a seamless and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end and back-end components of the accounting software.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Build robust and efficient server-side applications and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
• Ensure the application’s performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and conduct code reviews.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of accounting or financial software projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end development using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar.
• Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹1,226,054.97 per year
