We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help build the next generation of tools for the creator economy.

Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer at Creator Club, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our platform. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to ensure the backend infrastructure scales with our growing user base, while also enhancing the frontend experience for our creators. The ideal candidate is proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, with a strong understanding of cloud-based environments and architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

• Collaborate with the frontend team using Flutter/Dart to integrate backend services.
• Work on improving the user interface and experience in alignment with the product team’s vision.
• Ensure responsive and adaptive design across different devices.

Backend Development:

• Enhance and maintain the existing Node.js backend deployed on Vercel & AWS.
• Manage and optimize the PostgreSQL database, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Develop API endpoints and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Handle database migrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

DevOps and Deployment:

• Manage deployments on Vercel and ensure smooth CI/CD processes.
• Plan and implement scaling strategies to handle increasing loads.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automated testing and deployment.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices to protect user data and ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
• Address any identified security vulnerabilities in the system.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the engineering team, participating in daily stand-ups and project planning sessions.
• Document code and architecture decisions, ensuring knowledge transfer across the team.

Future Vision:

• Contribute to the future roadmap by identifying areas for backend and frontend improvements.
• Participate in the discussion and planning of new features and system upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in flutter development in start ups.
• Proficiency in Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL), and frontend technologies (Flutter/Dart is a plus).
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Vercel; familiarity with AWS is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of AWS architectures and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Being a creator is a plus.
