As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a rapidly evolving platform and contribute to building innovative solutions that impact the real estate industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain our full-stack application, with a strong emphasis on building seamless user experiences and enhancing AI-driven features.
• Work closely with the product team to transform complex real estate data into actionable insights for our users through intuitive front-end design and AI integrations.
• Lead the development and optimization of the front-end using React with NextJS to ensure performance, responsiveness, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate advanced machine learning models and AI functionalities into the platform using AWS Lambda, Gemini, OpenAI, and AWS Textract.
• Build and optimize API endpoints using NextJS on Vercel, while maintaining robust frontend codebases in Javascript/Typescript.
• Leverage your AI development skills to work on serverless functions in Python and Typescript, enabling seamless integration of AI models.
• Continuously improve system architecture, security, and performance.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle: from requirement gathering, design, implementation, to deployment.

• Backend: Postgres database, Kotlin
• AI Integration: AWS Lambda, Typescript, Python (Gemini, OpenAI, AWS Textract)
• API Endpoints: NextJS on Vercel

Who You Are:

• A highly proficient front-end developer with 3+ years of experience building and maintaining web applications using React and NextJS.
• Extensive experience in Javascript/Typescript with a deep understanding of dynamic, high-performance front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning integrations, with hands-on experience in serverless architectures, AWS Lambda, and working with AI/ML models (Gemini, OpenAI, AWS Textract).
• Skilled in backend development with knowledge of databases (Postgres) and server-side languages (Kotlin preferred but open to others).
• Experience with cloud-based deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building high-quality AI-driven front-end products.
• Interest or experience in real estate investment is a bonus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
