Full Stack Developer (Remote)

QuantumHub is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team of technical professionals who are passionate about ensuring the success of our customers. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the DERN (DynamoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Additionally, you will be required to have experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) services to deploy and manage applications in the cloud.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, estimate work efforts, and deliver high-quality software solutions. 
• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, including building user interfaces with React, implementing server-side logic with Node.js and Express, and interacting with databases using MongoDB. 
• Design both client-side and server-side architecture for scalable applications. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and follow best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation. 
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and others, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. 
• Manage and optimize databases and applications for efficient performance. 
• Write effective APIs to integrate different components of the software. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure smooth operation. 
• Create and implement security and data protection settings. 
• Write technical documentation for reference and training purposes. 
• Stay up to date with latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. 

Requirements: 

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong proficiency in the MERN stack, including React, Node.js, and JavaScript. 
• Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and others, and ability to deploy and manage applications in the AWS environment. 
• Strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and web security best practices. 
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), web servers (e.g., Nginx/Apache). 
• Proficient in using version control tools, such as Git, and experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
• Analytical mindset to identify and solve complex problems. 
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
