Job Title: Lead Fullstack Developer

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Fullstack Developer to join our team and lead the development of high-quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full development lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment, while leading a team of talented developers. As a key contributor, you will drive the development of scalable, efficient, and maintainable frontend and backend solutions, ensuring that the product meets business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional software within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fullstack development lifecycle, overseeing architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration, skill development, and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of the product, ensuring it is delivered on time and aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and UX/UI designers to create cohesive, user-friendly interfaces and solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality code standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for tools, processes, and code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to maintain smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate new approaches to improve development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js / Nuxt.js 3, including deep knowledge of the Vue.js ecosystem and state management tools (e.g., Vuex).
• 3+ years of experience in team management, leading technical design discussions, and mentoring developers.
• 3+ years of experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including a strong understanding of query optimization and schema design.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development, including experience integrating Python workflows with frontend solutions.
• Strong experience with Git, including managing branches, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts in collaborative environments.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products within tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes for managing deployments and scaling applications.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and best practices for automating deployment processes.

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Expertise in performance optimization, responsive design, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
