Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – SaaS Platform

Our focus is on building robust applications that leverage modern technologies like cloud infrastructure, serverless architecture, and AI-driven solutions. While Generative AI and LLMs are an exciting part of our platform, they are a plus and not mandatory for this role.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our team in building and maintaining scalable applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our platform. While experience with Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods is a plus, the role primarily focuses on designing and implementing high-performance SaaS solutions using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy full-stack applications using NextJS, React, and Node.js.
• Design and maintain highly scalable serverless backend architecture using AWS Lambda, SQS, and other cloud services.
• Build and manage Postgres RDS databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Develop APIs using the Serverless Framework and integrate with AWS services.
• Implement and manage application state using Redux or other state management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and efficient back-end operations.
• Manage static frontend hosting on S3/Cloudfront for optimized content delivery.
• Monitor and improve system performance with AWS CloudWatch and ensure uptime with Route 53 health checks.
• Follow security best practices, managing secrets and environment variables with AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest to ensure the quality of both frontend and backend components.
• Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline, using GitHub and other tools for continuous integration and delivery.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using NextJS, React, and Node.js.
• Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, Cloudfront, SES, Postgres RDS, Systems Manager).
• Experience in designing and implementing serverless architectures using the Serverless Framework.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and following security best practices.
• Strong understanding of Postgres databases, including migrations and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Redux for state management.
• Testing experience with Jest for both frontend and backend.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with CapacitorJS and Ionic for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Material UI and Atomic Design principles.
• Experience with Generative AI models like OpenAI or using RAG techniques.
• Understanding of Bedrock or Anthropic for AI operations (optional).
• Experience with database migration and RDS backup/restoration strategies.
