Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and lead the development and implementation of a Salesforce AI upgrade project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, experience with Salesforce, and a passion for building scalable and robust solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development:
• Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure full-stack applications for the Salesforce platform.
• Implement AI-driven enhancements using Salesforce Einstein, machine learning APIs, and other AI tools.
• Integration and Customization:
• Develop seamless integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems, ensuring data consistency and real-time synchronization.
• Customize Salesforce Lightning components to align with project requirements.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements for the AI upgrade.
• Work alongside Salesforce administrators and consultants to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Testing and Optimization:
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Optimize code and architecture for maintainability, scalability, and speed.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide post-launch support to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Document development processes, configurations, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Required:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer (5+ years).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and platforms, particularly Salesforce Einstein.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Preferred:
• Experience with healthcare or RPM platforms.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, AI Specialist).
